Gottschalk, Stephanie, LAc, MAcOM

Stephanie practices acupuncture and Chinese medicine at Fairbanks Family Wellness in her hometown of Fairbanks, Alaska. Her special interests include working with veterans, treating musculoskeletal injuries, women’s health and menstrual disorders, and supporting emotional health and wellbeing. She also enjoys teaching qigong.

After studying psychology and sociology at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, Stephanie earned her Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) in Portland, Oregon. Her clinical work at OCOM included interning at multiple Portland community clinics offering medical care to underserved populations, including acupuncture for low-income senior citizens, and supportive acupuncture treatment for patients in addiction recovery. Additionally, Stephanie spent several months studying acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine in Nanjing, China. She holds a Certificate in Positive Psychology from the Wholebeing Institute and is currently enrolled in Pacific College’s Transitional Doctorate of Acupuncture program. Stephanie is teaching the Psychology of Human Performance course which combines her background in psychology and Chinese medicine.

She/Her Dr. Kimberlie Wilson, LAc., DACM, studied at Pacific College, from which she graduated with a Masters’ degree in 1999 and a Doctorate in 2018 in traditional Chinese medicine. She completed the NCCAOM-accredited Classical Chinese Herbal Medicine program with the renowned Master, Jeffrey Yuen, in 1999.
