Debbie Conner, PhD, MSN, ANP/FNP-BC, FAANP, is an accomplished nurse educator, researcher, and holistic family nurse practitioner. With a profound belief in the inherent healing potential within each of us, Dr. Conner champions the idea that by equipping our bodies with knowledge, tools, love, and encouragement, we can often guide ourselves toward healing. In essence, she empowers individuals to nurture their body’s innate capacity to fulfill its natural functions.

Having pursued her education at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, Dr. Conner earned her BSN, MSN, and PhD degrees. Since 1998, she has held dual board certifications as an adult and family practice nurse practitioner. Throughout her career, her practice has spanned diverse realms including holistic pediatrics, family practice, school-based primary care, and health and wellness coaching. Certified in aromatherapy and adept in energy medicine and Shamanic healing, she employs these modalities to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit.

Dr. Conner’s professional journey has organically evolved into the realm of holistic health and wellness, seamlessly integrating principles from integrative health, health coaching, and culinary medicine. Central to her philosophy is the view that achieving health and wellness constitutes a comprehensive endeavor that combines conventional medical approaches with personal growth. As a certified culinary medicine specialist, she focuses on diverse dietary approaches and addresses issues related to digestion and elimination. Holding certifications as a Health Coach in Keto, Carnivore, and Protein-Sparing Modified Fast, she partners with individuals to tailor dietary plans that optimize their health, cater to their medical needs, and align with their lifestyles.
