Adam is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist with more than 15 years of clinical experience. He studied his craft at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY, followed by a two-year Journeyman Apprenticeship with renowned massage master Ettia Tal, specializing in Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Deep Tissue Massage. In 2009, Adam joined the faculty of Pacific College in New York City, garnering Undergraduate Teacher of the Year Award accolades in 2014 and 2016. Adam is also a musician, composer and performer, and his massage practice focuses on clients who use their bodies for a living – athletes, singers, dancers, and other high-performance body types.
