Dr. Dawn DeFrancesco PhD, PCC

Dr. Dawn DeFrancesco, the Director of Coaching Education at Pacific College of Health and Science, is a professional coach for individuals, groups, and teams. She has coached people on the topics of health and wellness, work/life balance, career, leadership, and improving team collaboration. In addition to coaching, Dr. Dawn’s background includes over 20 years in learning and development, instructional design, and performance improvement across many industries. She holds a PhD in Training and Performance Improvement from Capella University, a MA in Computing in Education from Teachers College Columbia University, and a BA in Telecommunications from Pennsylvania State University. 

Dr. Dawn is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. She also earned the following certifications: Erickson Certified Professional Coach with Erickson International, Team Coaching with Solutions Academy, and Master Level Nutrition Consultant with American Fitness Professionals and Associates. She has also completed training in Positive Intelligence.

Dr. Dawn teaches in the Coaching Certificate and Master of Health and Human Performance program.
