Dr. Cynthia Neipris, LAc, DACM

Cynthia Neipris holds a master’s degree in traditional Oriental medicine from Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a doctorate in acupuncture and Chinese medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science, where she teaches Auricular Acupuncture. She has been licensed and practicing as a Nationally Board-Certified acupuncturist in California and New York since 2000. Vice-President of Career and Alumni Services and Community and Continuing Education and Director of NY Outreach for Pacific College of Health and Science, Dr. Neipris is the Director of Pacific Symposium, the largest acupuncture-related conference in the U.S. She has published acupuncture articles in several professional journals and has been cited as an expert on the subject of acupuncture by the New York Times, among other periodicals. She lectures on acupuncture and Chinese medicine at colleges, hospitals, and governmental and non-governmental organizations. Certified as an Acu-Detoxification Specialist through Lincoln Hospital, she has been an active member of the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association since 2000, and has worked with clients with substance use disorders in a variety of settings. Dr. Neipris has served on various committees and teams for the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) and is a National Commissioner for ACAHM (Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine) for which she has also served as a college site visitor. She was a founding Board Member and, for 15 years, Advisory Board member of Acupuncturists Without Borders, from 2005 to 2020.

She/Her Dr. Minsook Kroon is a licensed chiropractor practicing in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from Texas Chiropractic College and is MOT (Master Online Teacher) Certified.
