She/Her

Nneka is a proud Pacific College alum. As a licensed social worker, when she started at Pacific College, she wanted to blend talk and touch therapy into her practice. Since opening her business in 2019, she also facilitates self-care, self-development and professional development workshops as well. Her business, You First!, was created to teach the importance of self-care and a holistic approach to self-care. Nneka has been facilitating workshops and trainings for students and staff since 2012. Nneka is no stranger to the classroom, as she has been working with young adults ages 15 to 21 as a social worker in transfer schools (alternative high schools) since 2012. Social work is her first career and massage therapy her second. She now teaches Western Massage 1 at PCHS.
