she/her/ella Caroline E. Ortiz is a board-certified nurse coach and an associate professor in Pacific College of Health and Science’s Holistic Nursing Programs. Dr. Grieve holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern University of Health Sciences (NUHS) and a Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in community health from the University of Illinois – Chicago.
