Originally from Israel, Uzi started his career as a software engineer. After realizing his true passion is helping people improve their health, Uzi decided to become a practitioner of alternative medicine which led him to study the incredible field of acupuncture & Chinese medicine.
Uzi graduated from Pacific College in San Diego (2010). Uzi specializes in pain management and sports medicine utilizing evidence-based care, including blood work and refined orthopedic evaluation. Uzi is certified in Sports Medicine Acupuncture® (C. SMA) under renowned acupuncturist, Matt Callison.
After graduation, Uzi worked at the Center for Integrative Care for almost 10 years, helping thousands of people find relief as well as clarity about their unique bodily condition. He is now practicing at the San Diego Sports Acupuncture clinic with a deeper focus on assessing and treating sport injuries.
Uzi sees his life mission in helping people improve their health and increase their overall quality of life. Out of the office, Uzi enjoys spending time with his beautiful family of wife and four kids and activities such as hiking, bicycling and traveling.
