Dr. Yi Lily Zhang has a remarkable background in physical therapy (PT) and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). With 27 years of hands on experience in PT and over 20 years of clinical experience in TCM, she possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise and serves as Acupuncture Specialist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. By integrating TCM principles, acupuncture, manual lymphatic drainage, exercise science, and traditional modalities, she effectively addresses various health conditions, including those related to oncology, gynecology, and musculoskeletal issues. In addition, Dr Zhang actively engages in significant clinical research, contributing to advancements in acupuncture. This research influences practice guidelines and contributes to evidence-based approaches. Additionally, she is a respected contributor to peer-reviewed articles, with a focus on the systematic review of Chinese herbs.
